Свердловская железная дорога одержала победу в голосовании за получение статуса «Достояние Среднего Урала».

      Свердловская железная дорога стала победителем народного голосования за присвоение статуса «Достояние Среднего Урала». Об этом сообщает департамент информационной политики Свердловской области в своём телеграм-канале.

      Голосование за получение почётного статуса «Достояние Среднего Урала» проходило с 1 августа по 1 декабря на платформе обратной связи портала Госуслуг. Проект организован Общественной палатой Свердловской области.

      Звание «Достояние Среднего Урала» вручается географическим объектам, организациям, культурным и спортивным достижениям, историческим событиям и коллективам, которые способствуют сохранению традиций и популяризации достижений Урала.

      По итогам голосования, в котором участвовало более 50 тысяч человек, Свердловская железная дорога получила наибольшее количество голосов (5962).

      В пятёрку лидеров вошли также:

       - Уральский федеральный университет — 5384 голоса;

       - Живописная Синяя гора — 4650 голосов;

       - Спортивный комплекс «Динамо» — 4615 голосов;

       - Памятник Маршалу Советского Союза Георгию Жукову — 4315 голосов.

      «В 2025 году конкурс „Достояние Среднего Урала“ был приурочен к Году защитника Отечества и 80-летию Великой Победы. Неудивительно, что Свердловская железная дорога стала лидером голосования. Уральские железнодорожники всегда были образцом трудовой доблести. Во время войны на их плечи легла эвакуация миллионов соотечественников, промышленных предприятий и культурных ценностей. Тысячи работников ушли добровольцами на фронт, а их места заняли женщины и подростки. Несмотря на тяжёлые условия, коллектив обеспечил бесперебойное движение поездов», — отметил губернатор Свердловской области Денис Паслер.

      Незаменимым вкладом уральских железнодорожников в Победу стали бронепоезда. На Свердловской дороге было создано практически два десятка таких «крепостей на колёсах». Церемония награждения победителей конкурса традиционно проходит в день рождения Свердловской области, 17 января.
