The fitness trainer from Yekaterinburg, Alexei Sushko, who served time for pedophilia, has begun to be tried in Krasnodar.

      Yesterday at 10:00 AM. The Krasnodar Regional Court has begun hearing the criminal case against the notorious fitness trainer from Yekaterinburg, Alexey Sushko. The detention of the 42-year-old previously convicted bodybuilder was prompted by a claim from the family of an 11-year-old girl, reports "KP-Yekaterinburg."

      The incident occurred on July 20, 2024, in Anapa, where Alexey Sushko arrived by car with his son and mother. The schoolgirl, who had traveled south from the Far East, reported that a man in the stairwell masturbated in front of her and her friend.

      Five days later, the suspect was identified. It was Alexey Sushko. In 2017, he was detained on charges of masturbating in a fitness center in front of a girl sitting on the same couch with him. He was sentenced to eight years in prison, later reduced to six years.

      The Anapa city court issued an arrest warrant for Sushko. The criminal case is under investigation by the Investigative Committee of Russia (SKR) under paragraph "a" of part 5 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, "Violent sexual acts committed by a person previously convicted of a crime against the sexual inviolability of minors."

      — "A man born in 1983, while in Anapa, was demonstrating his genitals to a child," the Krasnodar Krai Prosecutor's Office told "KP-Yekaterinburg."

      The charges were reclassified to a more severe one (paragraph "b" of part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, "Violent sexual acts committed against a person under fourteen years of age"). Sushko faces a possible life sentence. Alexey Sushko denies his guilt.
