The average cost per square meter on the secondary housing market now exceeds 143,000 rubles. Analysts at CIAN attribute the price increase to high demand.
"The secondary market has found a point of equilibrium. Demand remains quite high, while average asking prices are increasing imperceptibly," explained Elena Bobrovskaya, an expert at Cian.Analytics.
