Today at 15:15, the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation following a report in the Telegram channel "Caution, News" about passengers on the Anapa-Ekaterinburg train complaints regarding unbearable conditions in the carriages. The temperature inside the carriages reached 36°C with the air conditioning turned off throughout the entire trip, lasting nearly three days.
— The Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into the carrier's compliance with consumer protection legislation, the agency noted.
According to passengers, the train conductor appealed to management to stop selling tickets for malfunctioning carriages and planned to replace the train in Rostov-on-Don, but these measures were not implemented.
Recall that in early June, children aboard a train traveling from Ekaterinburg to Anapa were mass poisoning. All those showing signs of illness were traveling in the same carriage.
