A drunken Yekaterinburg resident broke a medic's hand after he arrived to assist him. Today at 4:36 PM, a 21-year-old man in Yekaterinburg severely beat a medic who was called to his location by passersby. The medic was diagnosed with a broken hand, cuts, and bruises on his face, according to the press service of the prosecutor's office.
— The perpetrator, who did not request medical help, began provoking a conflict upon seeing the medical team. He attempted to strike the paramedic in the face. The medic protected his face, and the blow hit his arm, the department noted.
The young man has been charged under the articles for "Hooliganism" and "Intentional infliction of moderate injury." The case has been transferred to the Chkalovsky District Court.
Previously, the Yekaterinburg resident assaulted his grandmother in a playground.
