      A resident of Kamyshlov will return more than 900,000 rubles to the state at the court's demand for refusing to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense after training at a military training program at the UrFU training center.

      — The military prosecutor of the Yekaterinburg garrison filed a claim with the Kamyshlov district court against a 28-year-old citizen to recover funds from the federal budget spent on his military training, — reports the court.

      In 2017, the man signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense for training for five years and three months, after which he was supposed to go to serve under a contract. But in 2022, after completing his training, he refused to serve and was dismissed.

      The young man fully agreed with the claim. The court ordered him to pay the entire amount to the federal budget, along with a state fee of 23,598 rubles.
