— Shykhlynsky was declared wanted after he stopped making contact. He may be hiding in a hotel located in the building of the Azerbaijani embassy in Moscow, — a Ura.Ru source said.
According to unofficial reports, searches have already been conducted at his apartment in Yekaterinburg.
Another insider suggests that Shahkhin may be suspected of using violence against an authority figure, as well as his son Mutvalla.
— It is believed that Shahkhin gave the order to his son to surrender, — the source noted.
At that time, Mutvalla was involved in hitting a special forces officer with a Mercedes during an operational arrest.
Recall that on June 27, mass arrests of Azerbaijanis took place in Yekaterinburg. Two key suspects died when police and special forces raided them. They are brothers Gussein and Ziyaddin Safarov. One of them became ill when the law enforcement officers stormed in, suffering from heart problems. He was given medical help and an ambulance was called, but the man died. The circumstances of the second man's death are unknown.
