Profiling expert from Yekaterinburg revealed how he "busted" Loshagin and Efremov

A profiler from Yekaterinburg explained how he "read" Loshagin and Efremov

Today at 12:27 PM, 39-year-old profiler from Yekaterinburg Ilya Anishchenko told KP-Ekaterinburg how he recognizes human lies.

Ilya came to the profession of behavior analysis from programming. His interest in profiling emerged during a game of Mafia—he analyzed players’ false behaviors depending on their roles. In 2013, he began professionally training in this field and started practicing actively.

He started with investigations of corporate crimes—shortages, thefts. At Koltsovo Airport, he developed scripts for customs officers to interrogate international passengers and identify violators. He also consults law enforcement and judicial bodies, analyzing suspects' behavior and words.

In an interview with KP-Ekaterinburg, Ilya Anishchenko recalled the case of photographer Dmitry Loshagin, accused of murdering his wife, model Yulia Prokopyeva, in 2013. He explained how he detected that Loshagin was lying.

The profiler was convinced of this from the very beginning of the investigation. Similarly, in 2020, Ilya did not believe in the sincerity of actor Mikhail Efremov’s words, who apologized to the family of the victim in a crash caused by himself.

"Only one moment in Efremov’s speech was genuine and honest—the words about his mother. Efremov said, 'Thank God, my mother didn't see it.' You can see that these words come from the heart and are connected to his real feelings," said Ilya Anishchenko to KP-Ekaterinburg. The profiler states that Efremov’s speech was rehearsed.

Meanwhile, Loshagin confirmed his deception by avoiding answering the direct question—whether he had killed.
