      Yesterday at 17:31, Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexey Orlov approved the planning and zoning projects for the development of the areas along Krauly, Repina, and Tokarei streets, the city administration's press service reported.

      

      On a 0.95-hectare site, three high-rise buildings will be constructed, including a kindergarten for 75 children and shops. Construction of the housing will begin on the site of the above-ground parking lot built for the 2018 FIFA World Cup within the boundaries of Repina, Krauly, and Melnika streets.

      The developer will demolish the buildings currently located on the parking lot. Underground parking for 272 cars will be arranged for motorists.

      According to the project, the buildings will have different heights—22, 39, and 43 floors, as noted by KP-Yekaterinburg. They are planned to be completed simultaneously. The project is scheduled for completion in 2032.
