Refutation regarding the news from 16.01.2025 "The reason for the searches at Spectrum Data's office in downtown Yekaterinburg"

      We inform you that on January 16, 2025, law enforcement officers conducted operational-search activities at the office of the IT company SpectrumData in Yekaterinburg. These activities are not related to the company's operations.

      During the inspection, company employees provided comprehensive assistance to the law enforcement agencies and supplied the necessary information regarding the issues raised. No searches were conducted at the company.

      As a result of the activities, no violations of Russian legislation, including laws on personal data processing and confidentiality protection, were identified. No sanctions or administrative fines were imposed on the company by law enforcement authorities.

      The company is currently operating in its regular mode, fully complying with Russian legislation.
