
A Yekaterinburg-based chain of stores will open its own factory for 4 billion rubles.
The Yekaterinburg-based "Golden Apple" chain of stores is planning to open its own cosmetics manufacturing. Investments in the project are expected to total up to 4 billion rubles, the retailer's press service said.
"The plant could become part of a comprehensive service that 'Golden Apple' will offer Russian brands: from formula development and manufacturing to sales, logistics and export. The company operates in the markets of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia," said the company's founder and co-owner, Ivan Kuzovlev.
Negotiations to purchase are underway with several plants in the Urals and the Moscow Region. The enterprise is expected to come online in 2027–2030, Ura.Ru clarifies.
Earlier it was reported that "Golden Apple" was preparing to open order pickup points.
