      This morning, September 1, Yekaterinburg was completely engulfed in fog. This was previously reported by the chief meteorologist of the Urals, Galina Sheporenko.

      The photos are truly impressive. Nothing is visible beyond a few dozen meters.

      "Maybe I've never seen anything like this from my window. Usually in fog you can still see at least something, but here it's just milk," a Uralweb reader told us.

      Another Yekaterinburg resident added that many people on the streets were taking out their phones.

      "Seriously, it felt like being in a horror movie!" the Ural resident marveled.

      Earlier, meteorologists explained what weather the Urals can expect on September 1.
