Businessman Alexey Bobrov, co-owner of "Oblkommunenergo", has been detained.

      Aleksey Bobrov, co-owner of Obkommunenergo and Corporation STS, has been detained in Yekaterinburg, E1.RU reports. In connection with a criminal fraud case, the businessman’s closest associate, Tatyana Chernykh, has also been detained.

      "Aleksey Bobrov was brought from Moscow to Yekaterinburg, where his detention was formalized under Article 91 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure (for 48 hours). On the same grounds, Aleksey Bobrov’s closest associate and Artem Bikov’s, Tatyana Chernykh, was also detained," an E1.RU source said. "Investigative actions are now being carried out with Bobrov and Chernykh."

      Aleksey Bobrov is a junior associate of businessman Artem Bikov; both are co-owners of Obkommunenergo and Corporation STS, which the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation is insisting be nationalized.

      Tatyana Chernykh also owns stakes in and holds positions in their joint businesses in investments in securities, consulting, and the purchase and sale of land. She is also one of the founders of LLC Holding Company "Ecological Systems", which owned the "ecological cluster" project (a landfill for Yekaterinburg’s waste — note by Uralweb) in the Sysert District.
