The Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Denis Pasler, has appointed new members of the government — his deputies, the regional Department of Information Policy reports on its Telegram channel.
By decree of Governor Denis Pasler, Tatyana Leonidovna Savinova was appointed Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast — Minister of Health of Sverdlovsk Oblast; Azat Ravkatovich Salikhov — Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast; Vasily Valeryevich Kozlov — Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast; Sergey Vladimirovich Shvindt — Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast.
They will assume their duties on October 1, 2025.
After the election of a new governor, the previous regional government, according to the law, resigns and performs its duties in an acting capacity until the new cabinet is formed.
After winning the gubernatorial elections in the fall of 2022, former governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev appointed Alexey Shmykov as his first deputy, Oleg Chemezov as vice‑governor, and Valery Chaynikov as deputy governor — head of the governor’s and government’s office of Sverdlovsk Oblast. Also appointed to government positions were deputy governors Dmitry Ionin, Vasily Kozlov, Pavel Krekov, Azat Salikhov and Sergey Shvindt.
