A taxi driver who beats schoolchildren has appeared in Yekaterinburg.

      A man has appeared in Akademichesky who, according to local residents, attacks schoolchildren. This was reported to E1.RU by the mother of one of the affected teenagers.

      "A man ran up to him. He shouted, 'Stop, dude!' and hit him in the jaw. My son managed to dodge a little. He said the man had wide, 'glassy' eyes — like someone in an incoherent state," the woman says.

      The woman from Sverdlovsk reviewed footage from surveillance cameras and determined that the attacker is a taxi driver. According to her, in the morning he arrived in Akademichesky in a car with taxi markings, parked by School No. 19 and walked toward the educational institution on foot.

      Local district chats say that this man’s actions harmed not only high school students.

      "Two boys from our 4th grade were harmed — on different days. Two other cases are known: a teenager was kicked near the building at 38 Mekhrentseva Street, and a girl was injured," local residents reported.

      The mother of an 11th-grader filed a report with the police. The child was examined by medics and diagnosed with bruises.

      "Police are conducting an investigation. A procedural decision will be made based on its results," the press group of the Yekaterinburg UMVD clarified.
