Governor Pasler announced how much will be spent on healthcare in Sverdlovsk Oblast next year.
Sverdlovsk Governor Denis Pasler announced the allocation of 86 billion rubles for the modernization of the region’s healthcare sector in 2026.
“We will continue modernizing the region’s medical institutions. In total, more than 86 billion rubles are planned for the development of the healthcare sector in the Sverdlovsk Region in 2026. Under the national project ‘Long and Active Life’ — almost 6.5 billion rubles.”
He also said that in 2025 seven new medical facilities were built in the Sverdlovsk Region. These include five children’s polyclinics — in Aramil, Berezovsky, Serov, and two in Yekaterinburg — and two adult clinics — in Artemovsky and Rezh.
“Almost all the facilities have already started operating; some — we will launch at the beginning of this year.”
To provide medical care in rural areas, 35 feldsher-obstetric stations, physicians’ outpatient clinics, and general practice posts were established.
