      At the same time, Russians’ perception of poverty is different: according to a SuperJob survey, people consider someone poor if they earn less than 48,000 rubles per month — more than three times higher than the official level.

      Against this background, the Yekaterinburg authorities report an increase in the welfare of the city’s residents.
