In the Sverdlovsk region, a microfinance company was fined for violating the rules of interaction with debtors. The organization will pay 50,000 rubles for persistent calls to a client.
As reported by the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service, company employees called the girl more than 40 times, demanding repayment of the loan agreement. The number of calls exceeded the permissible norms—more than eight times a month, which violates the requirements of federal legislation on the protection of citizens' rights.
After the applicant's complaint, the bailiffs conducted an inspection and initiated an administrative case against LLC MFC "Joy Money." As a result of the investigation, the company was held accountable under Article 14.57 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
The fine of 50,000 rubles has already been fully paid by the organization.
