The stamps depict the main characters from three cartoons: the bear cub Umka, the cat Matroskin, Uncle Fyodor, postman Pechkin, hockey players from the teams "Blue Pennants" and "Red Meteors," and others. The denomination of each stamp is 48 rubles.
