The court in the closed city of Lesnoy has ruled to suspend the operation of the shopping center "Krasny" for a period of three months. The basis for this decision was the violations of fire safety and anti-terrorism protection requirements identified by the regulatory authorities.
As explained by the unified press service of the courts, all prescribed measures must be implemented within three months from the moment the decision comes into legal force. At the same time, the shopping center will be able to resume operations earlier if it completely eliminates the violations and complies with all established requirements.
Earlier, "Park House" in Yekaterinburg was closed until fire safety violations were rectified.
