In Degtyarsk, a domestic car fatally hit a motorcyclist.

      On May 10, in Degtyarsk on Stakhanovtsev Street, house 1a, a VAZ-21102 fatally struck a motorcyclist. This was reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Sverdlovsk region.

      According to preliminary data, a 46-year-old driver of the domestic car was driving along Stakhanovtsev Street towards Klubnaya. When turning left at an uncontrolled intersection, he failed to yield to the Shineray motorcycle moving in the opposite direction, which led to the collision.

      — The motorcyclist, a 40-year-old man, sustained injuries of varying severity. The victim was taken to the Revda City Hospital, where he later died from his injuries, the traffic police noted.

      The VAZ driver has 29 years of driving experience and had previously been held administratively responsible once. A sobriety test showed that he was sober at the time of the collision. The Shineray motorcycle driver was operating the vehicle without a driver's license.
