The prosecutor's office canceled the criminal case against city hall employees for the decision to demolish the "legendary" kiosk.
The prosecutor's office has canceled the criminal case initiated against the employees of the Yekaterinburg administration in connection with the decision to demolish the "Flowers from Alla" pavilion.
As reported by the portal 66.RU, the issue was about the possible infliction of moral harm to the head of the company that owns the property. Meanwhile, the pavilion owners continue to contest the demolition decision in court. In the event of demolition, they declare their intention to relocate the Center for Assistance to Participants of the Special Military Operation to this site.
The decision to cancel the criminal case, as reported by the Telegram channel "Yekaterinburg. Main," close to the mayor's office, was made by the prosecutor's office. The case materials claimed that the city administration employees improperly fulfilled their duties, which, according to the investigation, could have caused moral harm to the head of the "Alla-T" company, Denis Gataullin. The investigator petitioned for him to be recognized as a victim.
Earlier, the information policy department of the mayor's office stated that this document raises questions, especially against the backdrop of two court decisions confirming the correctness of the Yekaterinburg administration, and requires additional verification.
The current owner of the pavilion, Anatoly Lushnikov, confirmed the cancellation of the decree. The prosecutor's office promised to provide official explanations later.
