The daughter company of the owner of "Vysotsky" bought the former FSB building in the center of Yekaterinburg.
The winner of the auction for the sale of the former FSB building in the center of Yekaterinburg was the company "Ugolstroy." This became known from the results of the auction conducted by Rosimushchestvo.
"Ugolstroy" is connected to the family of the owner of the "Vysotsky" business center, Andrey Gavrilovsky. Its owners include the daughter of Yekaterinburg developer Andrey Gavrilovsky, Alina Gavrilovskaya (37.5%), Anna Cherkashina (37.5%), and co-owner of the company "Praktika Development," Sergey Zhdanov (25%).
For the property at Bazhova, 47, with an area of 578.4 square meters, "Ugolstroy" offered 113.7 million rubles with an initial auction price of 36.1 million rubles.
It is worth noting that this building has been abandoned for a long time. The building does not have the status of a cultural heritage site, so the new owner will be able to renovate or demolish it. However, the land itself does not transfer to the buyer.
Previously, the property was occupied by the regional office of the Federal Registration Service. It was expected that the FSB would build service housing here, but now the plot is up for sale. In 2024, the land was reclassified from the zone of restricted access facilities SO-2 to the zone J-4, intended for medium-rise residential development, reports the publication EAN.
