A representative of the "Kolyada Theater" spoke in court about the difficulties in paying salaries to employees.
Due to the absence of a founder, the "Kolyada Theater" has begun to experience difficulties with salary payments. This was reported by the theater's representative, Vladislav Khrypalov, during a court hearing regarding the lawsuit filed by the theater's deputy director, Eka Vashakidze.
The plaintiff, Eka Vashakidze, is asking the Kirov District Court of Yekaterinburg to recognize her as the founder of the theater, thereby preserving its legal entity, which is under threat of liquidation due to the absence of a founder, as reported by "Ъ-Ural."
If Vashakidze is recognized as the founder, she will be able to become the director, and the theater's legal entity will be able to avoid liquidation.
The defendants in the lawsuit are the Main Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region and the Inspection of the Federal Tax Service for the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg.
Due to the revoked electronic digital signature of the late Nikolai Kolyada, who was the founder, the theater cannot manage the accounts that receive funds intended, among other things, for paying salaries to employees.
Meanwhile, the regional Ministry of Justice insists that a written statement from the deceased is required to change the composition of the founders.
The activities of the "Kolyada Theater" are almost frozen and, according to the institution's representative in court, are being conducted "on a residual basis," writes the EAN agency. Earlier in March, the Minister of Culture of the Sverdlovsk Region, Ilya Markov, did not rule out that the theater would have to come under state management, although its founder, Nikolai Vladimirovich Kolyada, would be against such a decision, Markov acknowledged.
