Scary videos have appeared online showing a dog owner unleashing his shepherds on residents of Tagil.

      The channel "Incident Nizhny Tagil" published two horrific videos in which a resident of this city, Vladimir Andreev, coldly watches as his dogs tear apart people. The footage of these executions turned out to be even more horrifying than one could imagine.

      According to v-tagile.ru, the arrested Vladimir Andreev is 43 years old. He has previously been held criminally liable for causing bodily harm. Today, June 11, the Leninsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil placed the local resident under house arrest under the criminal article for hooliganism using items used as weapons (referring to his three German shepherds without muzzles and leashes).

      However, after seeing the footage, there is a feeling that Vladimir Andreev's actions clearly show signs of sadism. With a demeanor worthy of a concentration camp commandant from World War II, he coldly, if not with pleasure, watches as his German shepherds torment living people, and the horror experienced by the victims. Russian servicemen captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being attacked by dogs, as are the current Ukrainian Nazis.

      Local residents report that Vladimir Andreev carried out his armed attacks while under the influence of alcohol. He not only appeared in such a state with his dogs without muzzles on the street but also somehow showed up with them at a fair where there were many families with children and elderly people.

      "Incident Nizhny Tagil" posted two videos online, one of which was filmed by a surveillance camera, and the other by a witness. In the first, Andreev first beats a man himself and then unleashes his dogs on him. In the second video, a woman bitten by a dog is sitting on the ground and screaming in agony. Andreev silently walks away with his dogs, stating that the woman answered for her words in front of him.

      As of today, three victims are known.
