The head of the Ural Customs Administration has changed in Yekaterinburg.
The Ural Customs Administration has completed a change of leadership, reports the EAN agency.
Starting today, June 11, Rafael Zverev has taken up the position of head of the Ural Customs Administration. The order of appointment was signed by the head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, Valery Pikalyev.
After the departure of the previous head of the Ural Customs Administration, Alexey Frolov, in December 2025, Zverev served as acting head of the Ural Customs Administration, EAN reports.
His entire previous service in the Federal Customs Service, which began in 2005, took place in Moscow and the Moscow region. He moved to Yekaterinburg from the position of first deputy head of the Department of Customs Clearance and Customs Control of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, taking the position of first deputy head of the Ural Customs Administration.
Alexey Frolov led the Ural Customs Administration since June 2020 and previously headed the Khanty-Mansiysk and Chelyabinsk customs. The press service of the Ural Customs Administration reported that he is leaving the customs authorities, where he served for 30 years.
