June 13, 2026 The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia approved the indictment in the case of the founder of "Rusagro," former owner of the Yekaterinburg Fat Plant Vadim Moshkovich and former CEO of the holding Maxim Basov.
— The case will be transferred to the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow for consideration, TASS reports.
Moshkovich has been charged with fraud, intentional bankruptcy, money laundering, and bribery. Basov is charged with the same crimes, but without bribery, reports the EAN publication.
It was previously reported that the family of the YJK owner had their shares, land, and money nationalized. Representatives of Rosimushchestvo accepted 627 million shares of the company into the ownership of the Russian Federation. In addition, more than 24 million shares of JSC "Etalon," stakes in several structures of the group, a number of land plots, and the defendants' monetary assets totaling over 16 billion rubles were transferred.
