The developer wants to seize the land in Botanika.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk Region is seeking to terminate the lease agreement for a land plot in Botanika through the court. This concerns an area of about 9,300 square meters at the intersection of March 8 and Julius Fuchik.
The agency requests to prohibit any actions that could lead to the development of the plot until the end of the process. The court denied the request for protective measures. The main demand is to declare the lease agreement, concluded in 2016 by the Ministry of State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region with LLC "Invest-Stroy" (now LLC "Botanika"), invalid. The company must return the land to the region. The organization is owned by the Tyumen developer "Newton," reports the publication EAN.
The company's website lists several projects in Tyumen and one in Yekaterinburg - Shishimskaya Gorka (Uktus). However, sales have not yet begun. The plot in question has received permission for construction development from the State Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects.
Earlier, reconstruction began in Yekaterinburg on the historical estate owned by Pavel Datsyuk.
