In Yekaterinburg, plans are in place to demolish a five-story residential building located at Malysheva Street, 138. The corresponding decree was signed by the city's head, Alexey Orlov.
According to the document, a land plot of 3,912 square meters, on which the apartment building is located, will be seized for municipal needs. After the area is cleared, it is planned to be used for new construction.
According to open sources, the five-story building in Vtuzgorodok was built in 1933. It contains 161 apartments.
Owners of the premises will be sent draft agreements for the seizure of the land plot and the property located on it. Owners will be able to voluntarily transfer the property. If agreements are not concluded, the city administration will have the right to go to court for compulsory seizure after three months.
