Yana Gabinsky has been placed on the international wanted list.

      The former chief physician of the Ural Institute of Cardiology, Yan Gabinskiy, has been placed on an international wanted list. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Yekaterinburg Glavnoe."

      According to the Telegram channel, as part of the investigation, the cottage of the former head of the medical institution has been seized. A criminal case regarding fraud in the expenditure of budget funds concerning Gabinskiy was initiated last winter.

      According to the investigation, budget money may have been siphoned off through the affiliated LLC "Heart Clinic." The state institute lacked the necessary equipment, which was located in a private clinic nearby. Patients requiring specific tests were referred there, and the services were paid for from the budget.

      It is worth noting that in October 2025, Yan Gabinskiy left his position as head of the cardio center. The Sverdlovsk Ministry of Health stated that the reason for his dismissal was reaching the maximum age for the position of chief physician. Some employees of the institute opposed this decision, but the attempt to contest the resignation was unsuccessful.
