The writer of detective stories about the Russian Empire and the author of a bestselling horror novel are heading to the "Red Line."
Russian writers Igor Evdokimov and Nastya Renzhina will come to Yekaterinburg to participate in the book festival "Red Line."
Nastasia Renzhina is the author of the bestsellers "The Last Ferry of Zabolotye" and "Grandma Said to Sit Quietly." The first novel is a psychological drama about the dying villages of the Russian North, while the second is written in the folk horror genre. For example, the famous films "The Wicker Man" and "Midsommar" (May Day) were inspired by it.
At the "Red Line" festival, Nastasia Renzhina will meet with readers and present her works.
Another headliner of the "Red Line" festival will be Igor Evdokimov, a Russian writer and author of the detective series about the Russian Empire "The Korsakov Archive," "Doctor Falk," and others.
The IV International Book Festival "Red Line" will take place in Historical Square in Yekaterinburg from August 21 to 23.
