Governor Pasler showed how some areas of the Sverdlovsk region were flooded.
The hydrological situation in the Sverdlovsk region remains complicated. Flooding of settlements and infrastructure facilities continues, reports Denis Pasler on his Telegram channel.
As of this morning, 18 municipalities and 61 settlements are in the flood zone. Water has flooded 1,006 household and garden plots, as well as 179 residential and garden houses. In addition, nine low-water bridges remain flooded, which has limited transport communication with 27 settlements.
Traffic on the federal highway Yekaterinburg - Tyumen is closed at the 196th and 210th kilometers. Detour routes have been organized for motorists.
Restoration work continues in the region. A temporary detour has been opened at the bridge over the Utka River near the village of Pereskachka in the Pervouralsk municipal district, which was damaged by the flood. Restrictions have been lifted on two sections of the Rezh - Aramashka road, the road surface has been restored on the approach to the village of Galashova from the side of the Tyumen tract, and traffic has also resumed on the Panova - Kalachiki road in the Talitsky district. Restoration continues on the washed-out section of the Artemovsky - Aramashovo road: road services are bringing in rocky soil.
According to regional authorities, monitoring of the flood situation is conducted around the clock. Specialists are clearing blockages on the rivers, restoring roads and embankments as the water recedes, while the heads of affected municipalities are overseeing the elimination of the consequences of the disaster and providing assistance to residents.
