A resident of Yekaterinburg has been hospitalized after three weeks of self-treatment for an intestinal infection, which the patient believes she contracted from rolls at a well-known sushi bar chain.
As the hospitalized victim told reporters, on June 27, she ordered delivery from "Tanuki" on Karl Liebknecht Street, 23 - rolls with eel and pad thai noodles. A few hours after eating, she began to experience nausea and severe diarrhea, and her temperature rose, reports the public page "Evil Yekaterinburg 18+".
For almost three weeks, she tried to treat herself without consulting doctors. During this time, she lost 4 kilograms due to diarrhea. The day before, the Yekaterinburg woman was hospitalized with dehydration and suspected parasitic infection. She is expected to receive inpatient treatment for at least 10 more days.
At the restaurant where she filed a complaint, suspicions of poor service were dismissed. However, they still credited her with 2500 bonus points.
