As a result, Nizhny Tagil exceeded its conscription plan, reported the first deputy mayor Vyacheslav Goryachkin on the air of "Tagil-TV." The main technical feature of the recent spring conscription campaign was the complete abandonment of traditional paper forms.

      "We worked with electronic summons through State Services for the first time. There was no paper carrier at all. And I want to say that this yielded results. Many evaders, who had been avoiding for a long time, had to appear at the military enlistment office due to the imposed restrictions," explained the first deputy mayor.

      For non-compliance with the law on military duty, a list of restrictive measures is now provided, including a ban on leaving the country and conducting any registration actions, reminds v-tagile.ru. However, the overwhelming majority of Tagil's recruits demonstrated a conscious attitude towards service, noted Vyacheslav Goryachkin. Conscripts express a desire to join specific types and branches of the military and prepare for the army in advance.
