In Yekaterinburg, attempts to demolish "Shartash Beach" continue.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk Region continues to seek recognition of the pools on the territory of the "Shartash Beach" complex as unauthorized constructions, their demolition, and a ban on their operation. The Arbitration Court of the Ural District has accepted the cassation appeal of the supervisory authority for consideration. Reports "EAN".
Previously, the Arbitration Courts of two instances did not support the prosecutor's demands. During the proceedings, the owner of Baden Family, Yevgeny Kononov, was able to prove that the pools do not relate to capital construction and real estate objects. The courts established that the structures do not have engineering communications connected—heating, gas, water supply, and sewage.
After the decision came into force, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region canceled the protective measures that had been introduced back in 2023. These measures included a ban on the operation of "Shartash Beach."
After the lifting of restrictions, "Shartash Beach" resumed operations and began accepting visitors again. Now the prosecutor's office is trying to challenge the decisions of the lower courts in the cassation instance.
