Sverdlovsk residents continue to stand in huge lines for gasoline even at night.
In Yekaterinburg and other cities in the Sverdlovsk region, long queues at gas stations persist. Motorists spend an hour or more waiting, with large clusters of cars observed not only during the day but also late in the evening and at night.
In Yekaterinburg, dozens of cars line up simultaneously at some gas stations. For instance, on Kosmonavtov Avenue, drivers reported about a hundred cars. Attempting to arrive at a gas station during off-peak hours does not always allow one to avoid waiting.
The situation is also reflected in user data from the "Where is the Gas?" service. On the interactive map, motorists indicate the availability of fuel, the length of queues, and possible restrictions on the volume of fuel dispensed. The service itself clarifies that the information is based on subjective reports from users and may change rapidly.
Fueling issues are also noted outside of Yekaterinburg. Queues and interruptions in the availability of gasoline, in particular, are observed in Nizhny Tagil and on certain sections of highways. At some gas stations, fuel is running out, causing the remaining stations to experience increased pressure.
