«Шестерка» стала причиной ДТП с тремя пострадавшими на улице Отрадной.
Три человека пострадали в результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия, произошедшего ночью на улице Отрадная, 1 в Екатеринбурге, сообщает в среду Управление Госавтоинспекции России по Свердловской области.
Авария случилась 19 ноября около 00:30. Согласно предварительной информации, 29-летний водитель автомобиля ВАЗ-2106, движущийся по улице Репина со стороны улицы Зоологическая, выехал на встречную полосу, где в это время ехал Hyundai под управлением 25-летнего водителя.
В результате столкновения оба водителя и 29-летний пассажир «шестерки» получили травмы и были отправлены в медицинские учреждения.
Как установили сотрудники дорожной полиции, за рулем ВАЗ-2106 находился местный житель со стажем вождения 10 лет. Мужчина 13 раз привлекался к административной ответственности за нарушения правил дорожного движения. По результатам освидетельствования состояние опьянения не было установлено.
В отношении него составлены административные протоколы по части 1 статьи 12.5 (Управление с неисправностями или в условиях, запрещающих эксплуатацию), части 4 статьи 12.15 (Выезд на встречную полосу), а также части 2 статьи 12.37 (Отсутствие ОСАГО) Кодекса об административных правонарушениях РФ.
Водитель Hyundai также является жителем Екатеринбурга со стажем вождения менее года и один раз привлекался к административной ответственности.
