      Greenwich fined for lack of protection against terrorist attacks

      Today at 10:25 AM, a justice of the peace at Lenin District Court in Yekaterinburg fined the management company of the Greenwich shopping center—ITS Group—for failing to comply with anti-terrorism security requirements for the facility.

      

      Greenwich was closed from June 30 to July 10. The owner was mandated to unify the security system across all queues in the shopping center, which were built at different times, reports EAN agency.

      

      A representative of ITS Group acknowledged the violations in court, noting that some issues have already been addressed and work is ongoing on others.

      

      "We recognize that violations were committed, and we agree with the court's decision. The court thoroughly examined all circumstances of the case, took mitigating factors into account, and imposed a minimal fine," said an EAN spokesperson for the management company.

      

      The company was fined 100,000 rubles.
