      Today at 10:20 investigators released footage from an investigative experiment in which 26-year-old Andrey Martyushev, accused of murder, explained and showed how he dealt with the defenseless woman.

      With slow, even lazy movements, he performed on a mannequin what he had previously done to the 38-year-old taxi driver, whom he met on social media and arranged a meeting with.

      According to the investigative experiment, the murder took place on the back seat. Innocent Ekaterina was sitting nearby when Martyushev reached for a knife and suddenly stabbed her in the neck. After the first two strikes, the woman collapsed to his knees, and he continued to stab her in the neck and chest.

      According to Martyushev himself, there were a total of 10-12 stab wounds. However, as previously reported, forensic experts counted 82 wounds on the victim’s body.

      The man will be sent for psychiatric examination, reports “4 Channel.” Investigators do not rule out that the Yekaterinburg woman murdered on July 18 in her car is not his only victim.

      According to E1.RU, relatives and acquaintances have long known that Martyushev has a disturbed mental state. He struggled to build social connections, abused alcohol, and conflicted with relatives. In Yekaterinburg, a native of Novouralsk, he worked as a loader.

      Shortly before committing the murder, the woman he had met two years earlier after returning from a combat zone left him. According to her, Andrey was a good manipulator.

      Earlier in 2024, after the murder in Chusovoy of a woman and her child by former Wagner fighter Artem Buchin, a psychologist described the mental defects of people capable of such brutality.
