According to the E1.RU portal, Andre Ushakov is survived by a 2-year-old child. The young man previously served in the National Guard and the police, and also worked as a driver. He was originally from Bisert. Over a year ago, he divorced his wife, and they have not communicated since then.
According to acquaintances, in 2018-2019 Ushakov served in the National Guard, then in the police. His social media pages feature photos from the Victory Parade on Red Square. He likely participated in it. Later, Andre worked as a driver for a transportation company, but what he was doing before his death remains unclear.
"I don't want to say it, I think it will come out on its own. But nothing illegal… I’ve heard one of the versions of his death, it’s not very good, I won't reveal it — I don't believe it myself. I can't say anything bad about him, he was always adequate, positive," said one of Ushakov's acquaintances to the media.
