The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Sverdlovsk Region reported to the media that a car was burning on the fifth floor of the parking lot. The building houses several services involved in car sales and repair.
"Fire and rescue units are working at the scene. No reports of injured persons have been received," said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Sverdlovsk Region.
The fire covered an area of 500 square meters.
