Today at 13:13, a tragic accident in Kamensk-Uralsky claimed the life of a young motorcycle instructor. Maxim Rozhkov, who was about to turn 21 in a week, died in the crash on the morning of August 3. Together with his brother, he was heading to the garage in their "Sevka" when, near the Martush settlement, they collided with a Nissan. The culprit of the accident was a 49-year-old intoxicated Mercedes driver, who, violating the rules, "pushed" the Nissan into oncoming traffic.

Yegor, the brother of the deceased, miraculously survived.
"I noticed how the Mercedes, at high speed, began to overtake the Nissan on the shoulder. Everything happened instantly," he shared with E1.RU.
Inside the Nissan were a woman and a child—they were hospitalized with injuries.
Maxim was involved in renting pit bikes and ATVs, teaching riding, and organizing tours.
The accident was caused by a drunk Mercedes driver with seven years of driving experience, who had previously been fined 53 times for traffic violations, according to the Sverdlovsk region's traffic police.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Kutuzov Street and the road to the Martush settlement. According to the Sverdlovsk region's traffic police, the Mercedes driver first collided with the Nissan, which was moving in the same direction. The impact threw the Nissan into oncoming traffic, where it collided with a VAZ-2107.
