Today at 11:35 AM, warehouse and office premises of Sima-Land were put up for sale in Yekaterinburg. The company is moving to its mini-town, reports E1.RU correspondent Anastasia Yakupova.
According to E1.RU, the sale of the office and warehouse is related to the company’s move to a new logistics center near the village of Patrushi in the Sysertsky district. Meanwhile, the Sima-Land store will continue to operate on Chernakhovsky Street.
The property listed for sale is an administrative and utility complex that includes a conference hall, cafeteria, meeting rooms, training room, executive offices, smoking areas, and even a cinema.
The building, with a total area of nearly 25,000 square meters, is offered for 2.36 billion rubles.
Plans for building the businessman Andrey Simanovsky’s own city for the company became known in July 2023 during the Innoprom exhibition.
