A woman from Yekaterinburg was beaten in the office of the education department. It all happened over a queue that turned into a scuffle.
On Wednesday, August 27, the woman went to the office of the Education Department of the Zheleznodorozhny District on Chelyuskintsev Street. She wanted to transfer her child to another kindergarten. The Yekaterinburg resident waited in line, went into the office, was given an application form and asked to fill it out in the corridor. After filling out the paper, the woman tried to go back and hand in the application. But one of the visitors was not satisfied with that.
"A woman started yelling at me. She demanded that I get back in line. I replied that I had already waited and only needed to hand in the application. After that the woman began insulting me about my appearance," the victim told the E1.RU portal.
After her new attempt to enter the office, the visitor attacked Polina. She grabbed her by the hair, knocked her to the floor and began smashing her head against the floor.
The woman says that staff and visitors at the department did not try to separate the fighters and did not even call the rapid response team. The victim was helped by a friend who had accompanied her to the department.
The injured woman went to hospital. Doctors determined that she had suffered a concussion, contusions, hematomas and abrasions. The woman turned to the police.
The press group of the Yekaterinburg Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that a report had been filed.
