A woman from Yekaterinburg has been waiting two months for a package from Ozon.
In Yekaterinburg Ozon has begun delaying parcel deliveries. According to one of the customers, she sent a parcel with personal belongings from Moscow on July 13. The marketplace was supposed to deliver it in three days. The service cost was 133 rubles.
“I paid, provided the delivery point address on Novgorodtseva and started waiting. And I’m still waiting. The chatbot informed me that the delivery was delayed. Then it turned out that for some reason it had been sent back and now I have to wait for a new delivery date. I tried to find a real person, I wrote to the business community on VKontakte. But there they sent me back to support. It’s only bots everywhere,” she told EAN Uralochka.
Now she is going to file a complaint with Rospotrebnadzor, as well as a pretrial claim against Ozon. What outraged her most was not even the delay, but the inability to discuss the matter with a real person.
In August information about the marketplace’s delivery problems appeared on social networks. The company confirmed that Ozon had encountered problems at five logistics facilities in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Earlier we reported how Ozon independently charged a Yekaterinburg resident 37,000 rubles for certificates.
