A new neighborhood of apartment buildings will appear in Uktus. For example, three hectares of land surrounded by garages are being sold on Shishimskaya Gorka. They want to rezone the area bounded by Shcherbakova, Pavlodarskaya and Dalnevostochnaya streets and the Korotky and Shiroky lanes to the Zh-5 zone, which permits multi-storey construction.
The draft amendment to the land use and development rules has been put up for public discussion.

There are currently hundreds of garages on the site.
