
In Yekaterinburg, four trams will change their routes due to track repairs.
From September 20 to October 6 the section of tram tracks from the Bluchera stop to the Shartash terminus will be closed. Because of this trams No. 4, 5, 18 and 20 will change their routes. This is due to rail repairs on Bluchera from Raevskogo to Shartash station.
Gortrans clarified that the closure concerns traffic in both directions. Trams will run the following routes:
No. 4: Botanicheskaya metro station — Fuchika — 8 Marta — Kuibysheva — Lunacharskogo — Lenin Avenue — Gagarina — Uralskaya — Lunacharskogo — Kuibysheva — 8 Marta — Fuchika — Botanicheskaya metro station;
No. 5: Ploshchad Pervoy Pyatiletki station — Prospekt Kosmonavtov — Uralskaya — Gagarina — Malysheva — Syromolotova — 40 Let VLKSM station;
No. 18: Volgogradskaya station — Vikulova — Tatishcheva — Lenin Avenue — Gagarina — Malysheva — Syromolotova — 40 Let VLKSM station;
No. 20: TsPKiO station — Lunacharskogo — Uralskaya — Gagarina — Lenin Avenue — Lunacharskogo — TsPKiO station.
Trams last changed their routes in Yekaterinburg at the end of August.
