In Uralmash, Pizza Mia, located at 3 Ordzhonikidze Avenue, was closed. An inspection by Rospotrebnadzor found rodents running around the premises and employees violating personal hygiene rules. As a result, by a decision of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Court the pizzeria was closed until October 23.
"The following violations were identified: failure to maintain proper workflow during the production of food products; employees' non-compliance with personal hygiene rules; presence of rodents on the premises; failure to carry out timely repairs and cleaning of the premises," the regional Rospotrebnadzor press service clarified.
Earlier in Yekaterinburg a well-known sushi bar was closed. One of the guests there contracted an infection.
