Some organizations in Sverdlovsk Oblast will be exempted from property tax.

      In the Sverdlovsk Region, organizations that are put on the balance sheet under the gasification program in 2026 will be exempt from property tax. The corresponding law was adopted by deputies of the Legislative Assembly.

      "We are strengthening our capacity to provide gas to the region's residents. This will allow more than 120,000 additional households to be connected to the gas distribution networks," the portal E1.RU quotes Legislative Assembly speaker Lyudmila Babushkina as saying.

      The bill provides for the possibility of simultaneously applying the existing benefits to facilities commissioned in 2022–2024.

      Earlier we reported that the Ministry of Finance submitted amendments to the Tax Code to the government.
