A second Ramada is planned to be built on Rosselban — complete with a water park and a rooftop pool.
Inside it will house 120 five-star guest rooms, restaurants and conference halls. The wave-shaped building is scheduled for completion by 2028.
"The composition of the façade is resolved as a single, powerful wave. This approach allows different functional zones to be organically combined within one structure and emphasizes the complex's internal ecosystem," said project architect Timur Abdulaev.
The project is being carried out with the support of the government of Sverdlovsk Oblast. It is to receive preferential lending, writes the portal 66.Ru.
Earlier it was reported that it will be built on the site of the demolished Novomoskovsky Market.
